We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@theodore.co.za with a photo of the issue.
Eligible Returns
- Items damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Manufacturing defects
Non-Eligible Returns
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original packaging
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (wallpapers, templates, printables), all digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads once the purchase is confirmed and the download link has been sent.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
